• Skill Points: You will no longer earn 1 Skill Point per level, resulting in a total of 48 Skill Points without Renown or 58 Skill Points with Renown.

How to level your first character in Diablo 4

Fast Alt Leveling in Diablo 4 with Group

While leveling in D4, don’t obsess over finding the absolute “best” gear or attributes. You’ll be replacing gear quickly, making perfection pointless. Save everything you find, as it may be useful for upgrades or selling. Legendary items are powerful, and respecs are affordable before level 50, so don’t hesitate to adjust your build around them.

How to upgrade gear

To maximize the effectiveness of your weapons and armor in Diablo IV, consider upgrading them up to two times while the costs remain reasonable. Give priority to upgrading your weapons since damage skills heavily rely on weapon damage. Keep an eye on the Item Power Thresholds to ensure optimal upgrades.

Don’t overlook the importance of salvaging unwanted gear as it provides valuable crafting materials necessary for crafting or upgrading your gear at the Blacksmith.
