These are the top-tier choices that excel in multiple aspects, including effective damage output, survivability tools, crowd control, and abundant utility.
Balance Druid
With the release of WoW SoD Phase 8, Balance Druids are making a strong comeback, climbing to the top in damage rankings and earning their well-deserved spot in the S tier for their utility and survivability in PvP battles.
Fire Mage
Offering a mix of strong damage output and niche utility, Fire Mages present a threat in PvP. Their reliance on cooldowns and susceptibility to crowd control, however, positions them in S Tier.
Survival Hunter
Sporting a versatile playstyle that combines ranged and melee attacks with pet control abilities, Survival Hunters made their way into S Tier. While effective, they find it hard to keep up with the performance of higher-tiered classes, so high skill is most welcomed for Survival Hunters.
Assassination Rogue
Masters of burst of damage and control, Assassination Rogues pose a potent threat in PvP. Their ability to swiftly burst down opponents and control the battlefield makes them a popular choice for competitive play.
Playing for Assassination Rogue, you can easily conquer the PvP battlefields and reach a high PvP SoD Rank, and with the Overgear team it is even more convenient and faster.
Combat Rogue
Focused on sustained damage and abundant utility, Combat Rogues offer a reliable choice for those favoring a consistent damage-dealing playstyle. Their ability to provide consistent damage alongside valuable utility spells adds versatility to their PvP toolkit.
Discipline Priest
Acknowledged for its potent healing capabilities and utility spells, Discipline Priests redefine the support role in PvP. Their ability to seamlessly contribute both defensively and offensively makes them highly coveted in competitive gameplay.
A Tier
In the A Tier of the SoD PvP tier list, you will find classes and specializations that are still very strong in PvP but may not have quite the same dominance as those in the S Tier.
Elemental Shaman
A solid choice for ranged damage enthusiasts, Elemental Shamans boast various DoT and AoE abilities. Their capacity to deal massive damage to multiple targets makes them a valuable asset.
Feral Druid
Incredibly versatile, Feral Druids adapt to various playstyles and matchups. Their ability to switch between melee and ranged attacks on enemies, coupled with mobility and crowd control, makes them challenging opponents.
Retribution Paladin
Renowned for their balance of potent damage output and immense survivability, Retribution Paladins are a force to be reckoned with in close-quarters combat. Their ability to dish out significant damage while mitigating enemy attacks makes them valuable assets on the battlefield. To unlock Retribution Paladin’s full potential, you’ll need SoD Runes that complement and improveyour playstyle. Our professional players can farm them for you.
Subtlety Rogue
A stealth-based spec excelling in dealing damage from behind, Subtlety Rogues stand out for their ability to stun and disrupt enemies. Their burst potential makes them a formidable choice for PvP.
Shadow Priest
Offering strong AoE damage and utility, Shadow Priests face challenges with single-target damage and survivability. Issues with mana and reliance on cooldowns can render them ineffective in prolonged engagements.
Affliction Warlock
Affliction Warlocks shine with their ability to apply DoT effects to enemies. This persistent damage allows them to pressure opponents even outside direct combat, making them a strategic choice in PvP.
Arcane Mage
Regarded as the best Mage spec for PvP, Arcane Mages focus on burst damage and support. Despite limitations on self-healing, their ability to kite enemies and control the battlefield presents a formidable challenge.
Frost Mage
Frost Mage rises to A tier in Phase 8, thanks to strong crowd control abilities, solid AoE and single-target damage, and decent survivability, securing their spot in this tier.
B Tier
In the SoD PvP tier list, the B Tier consists of classes and specializations that are still viable in PvP but may not have as much impact or dominance as those in higher tiers. While they may not be at the top of the meta, players who are skilled and experienced with these classes can still find success in PvP combat.
Enhancement Shaman
Primarily a PvE spec, Enhancement Shamans showcase potential viability in PvP through their melee and burst capabilities. Totems and self-healing add resilience to their presence in combat.

Holy Paladin
Renowned for their essential healing abilities, Holy Paladins play a supportive role in PvP. Their ability to keep teammates alive while contributing meaningful damage adds versatility to various compositions.
Marksmanship Hunter
Known for precise ranged attacks and high pet damage, Marksmanship Hunters offer solid damage from a distance. Positioned in B Tier, they are a viable choice, though not as dominant as their Beast Mastery counterparts.
C Tier
The C Tier consists of classes and specializations that may struggle to compete against higher-tiered options. While they may still have their strengths and niche roles in certain situations, they generally lack the overall dominance and impact of S or A Tier choices.
Fury Warrior
Specializing in burst damage in melee combat, Fury Warriors lack defensive cooldowns and mobility, making them susceptible to being kited and focused by opponents. It makes them hard to play with decent results, and brings them to the lower part of the tier list.
Beast Mastery Hunter
Even though positioned in the C Tier, Beast Mastery Hunters forge an unbreakable bond with their Scorpion pet, unleashing solid damage and maintaining pet control. The versatility of this spec helps them to stay no lower then C Tier. Beast Mastery Hunter can show itself in all its glory only at the maximum level, so we advise you to use our SоD Power Leveling to start conquering the PvP arena as quickly as possible

Masters of demonic forces, Demonology Warlocks unleash potent damage and summon powerful entities to their aid. Their sustained damage and crowd control prowess make them a formidable choice in diverse PvP situations.
Arms Warrior
In Phase 8, the Arms Warrior may not be the best class in PvP, but only when paired with a skilled healer. Still, you can apply Bleeds to your enemies, shatter their armor, team up with a healer friend, and try your luck on the battlegrounds in WoW SoD Phase 8!
Restoration Shaman
Despite decent healing abilities, Restoration Shamans lack mobility and defensive cooldowns, making them more vulnerable compared to other healers in PvP scenarios.
E Tier
Subpar performance and a lack of viable strategies may contribute to these classes’ placement in the E Tier. Players who choose these classes should be aware that they may face challenges and may need to put in extra effort to find success in PvP combat.
Restoration Druid
Providing excellent healing and abundant utility, Restoration Druids are hindered by their lack of mobility and defensive cooldowns. This makes them susceptible to being overwhelmed in intense PvP battles.
F Tier
The F Tier represents the lowest tier in terms of PvP performance, with classes and specializations that may significantly struggle in competitive PvP scenarios. These classes are often considered weak options compared to higher-tiered choices and may require extensive effort and skill to find success in PvP combat.
Holy Priest
Exceptional healers in PvE, Holy Priests face challenges in PvP due to the lack of burst healing and mobility. Vulnerable to crowd control and burst damage, they require extensive effort and skill for success.
Protection Paladin
Specializing in tanking damage, Protection Paladins lack the damage output to be effective in PvP. Easily kited by mobile classes, they struggle to hold their ground in intense battles.
