Additionally, Fresh Meat increases physical damage dealt by 10% for 12 seconds.

To acquire the Rune of the First Warrior, which is essential for learning Fresh Meat, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Burning Steps and head to the Blackrock Stronghold. Use coordinates (/way 43, 36) to locate the Stronghold.
Inside the Stronghold, defeat 5 enemies in quick succession. Doing so will grant you the Rhythm of War buff.
Move to coordinates (/way 39, 27) situated behind the keep. Here, you’ll find an altar.
Stand in front of the altar and use the /salute emote. This action will spawn the Revered Champion. Defeat this enemy to obtain the Rune of the First Warrior.

Sudden Death Rune

Sudden Death gives your melee attacks a 10% chance to activate the Sudden Death effect. Ensure you are at least level 55 to interact with the Wandering Swordsman.
Head to Silithus.
The Wandering Swordsman spawns in multiple locations, primarily along the vertical middle third of the zone.
Speak with him to obtain the quest titled Infinite Midnight.
Upon accepting the quest, you will be teleported to a platform.
Your objective is to defeat the Titanic Watcher. Be prepared, as the Titanic Watcher will summon additional enemies during the fight.
Before the battle, you will choose a difficulty: Easy, Medium, or Hard.

Head to the Gordunni Outpost cave in Feralas (75.0 35.2). Inside the cave, you’ll encounter Ohk’zi, a level 43 elite Ogre (74.8, 24.9). Defeat Ohk’zi to obtain the Rune of the Unbridled.

Sword and Board Rune

Sword and Board hones the Warrior’s defensive prowess. When Devastate and Revenge deal damage, there’s a 30% chance of refreshing the cooldown of Shield Slam and reducing its Rage cost by 100% for 5 seconds, enabling swift and decisive strikes with the Warrior’s shield.

Equip the Geode Hammer and continue battling enemies until the hammer breaks, transforming into a Broken Geode Hammer.
Right-click on the Broken Geode Hammer in your inventory to open it and obtain the Rune of Demolition, required to learn Wrecking Crew.

Get Ariden’s Sigil, an item of the key for the quest.
Kill 7 Dark Rider elites in different locations and accumulate Dalaran Relics from various points.

In Gadgetzan, find Fizbuz Mithril (51.6, 27.6) and accept The Old Champ quest.
