You will face 10 of them encountered per run, with 4 rotating weekly as part of the Edge of Madness event. Additionally, you’ll face the primal Blood God Hakkar and his fanatic High Priests in this raid. A full list of Zul’Gurub raid bosses for Phase 4:

WoW Classic Fresh Zul’Gurub Raid Key Takeaways
- Raid Size: 20 players (no attunement required, Level 60)
- Raid Bosses: 13 total (including 5 High Priests, Hakkar, and others; 4 bosses rotate weekly in the Edge of Madness)
- Location: Stranglethorn Vale (east of Lake Nazferiti)
- Reputation: Zandalar Tribe (gained by killing bosses and turning in quest items from Zul’Gurub)
The raid is designed to be more accessible than 40-player raids, so it’s perfect for guilds and pick-up groups alike. And if you can’t assemble a group, remember you don’t have to tackle it alone — our trained team can help you conquer Zul’Gurub so you don’t miss out on the loot!
WoW Classic Fresh Zul’Gurub Raid Rewards
Zul’Gurub offers a wide array of loot and unique rewards, so it’s a must-do in Phase 4. To maximize your success, you’ll want to defeat Hakkar’s five High Priests before facing him. Otherwise, Hakkar will be empowered by any priests left alive. The notable Phase 4 raid rewards in WoW Classic Anniversary are:
- Swift Zulian Tiger — extremely rare epic mount (drops from High Priest Thekal)
- Swift Razzashi Raptor — extremely rare epic mount (drops from Bloodlord Mandokir)
- Zandalar Tribe reputation rewards — five epic armor pieces (head, shoulder, chest, legs, and trinket) for each class, earned via quest turn-ins at Friendly through Exalted reputation
- Epic weapons and armor drops from raid bosses (including class-specific pieces and powerful trinkets)
WoW Classic Fresh Tier 0.5 Class Armor Sets
WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 4 allows players to upgrade their old dungeon gear into brand-new Tier 0.5 class armor sets, also known as Dungeon Set 2. If you previously obtained your full Dungeon Set 1 (the blue 8-piece set from level 55-60 dungeons), you can now start an epic questline to upgrade it into a more powerful Tier 0.5 set.
To begin the Tier 0.5 questline, speak to the appropriate quest giver in your faction’s capital city. Alliance players should visit Deliana in Ironforge (The Great Forge), while Horde players must seek out Mokvar in Orgrimmar (Valley of Wisdom). Remember, you don’t have to deal with all the tasks to get the Tier 0.5 Set by yourself — ask our pro team to do it for you.
📌 Note: Level 58+ is required, and you must have your class’s Dungeon 1 bracers to start.
New Dungeon Set 2 Names by Class:
- Druid — Feralheart Raiment
- Hunter — Beastmaster Armor
- Mage — Sorcerer’s Regalia
- Paladin — Soulforge Armor
- Priest — Vestments of the Virtuous
- Rogue — Darkmantle Armor
- Shaman — The Five Thunders
- Warlock — Deathmist Raiment
- Warrior — Battlegear of Heroism
Each of these sets retains the classic look of the original Dungeon 1 gear but with a darker, upgraded flair and stronger stats. Completing your class’s Dungeon Set 2 not only gives you bragging rights but also provides excellent gear to help you progress into raids like Zul’Gurub and beyond.
WoW Classic Fresh How to Get Tier 0.5 Class Armor Set
The quest chain begins with An Earnest Proposition / An Earnest Proposition, which has you collect reagents and your class’s bracers, and from there, the journey to upgrade each slot of your armor unfolds in multiple steps. The Tier 0.5 questline is lengthy and will require tackling dungeon bosses, some newly added for this quest, and even a 45-minute timed challenge in Stratholme. Teamwork and preparedness are key.
If you’re eager to get your Dungeon Set 2 quickly, consider enlisting some friends or asking our pro players to assist you with completing Dungeons and helping you with the tougher steps. Each class’s upgraded set comes with improved stats and set bonuses, which help you to make your character much more raid-ready heading into later phases.
WoW Classic Fresh Phase 4 New World Bosses
The Emerald Dream is no longer peaceful — the Dragons of Nightmare have arrived! In Phase 4, four mighty green dragons (known as the Dragons of Nightmare) will spawn as world bosses across Azeroth.
These dragons — Lethon, Emeriss, Taerar, and Ysondre — guard the portals to the Emerald Dream located at the Great Trees in Duskwood, Ashenvale, Hinterlands, and Feralas. When a dragon is up, the surrounding area takes on a weird hue, alerting adventurers that a Nightmare dragon is present.
WoW Classic Fresh Phase 4 New Weekly Event
Fancy a break from slaying monsters? Grab your fishing pole and head to Stranglethorn Vale for some friendly competition! WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 4 brings back the famous Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza, a weekly fishing tournament held along the coasts of Stranglethorn.
Every Sunday at the appointed time, a shout will echo through Stranglethorn announcing the start of the contest. Dozens of fishing nodes will appear in the rivers and coastline from northern to southern Stranglethorn, and anglers of all levels will race to catch 40 Speckled Tastyfish as fast as possible.
WoW Classic Fresh Stirring of the Silithid Event
In WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 4, players will notice increased Silithid activity and a growing Twilight’s Hammer cult presence in Silithus. The Cenarion Circle has set up camp in the desert and is offering new quests for level 60 adventurers to investigate the emerging threat. You’ll undertake tasks like collecting Silithid carapaces, disrupting Twilight cult rituals, and exploring the insect hives.
These activities will eventually lead to the Ahn’Qiraj content coming in a future phase.
While this Silithus event doesn’t immediately unlock any raids, it lays important groundwork. You can start earning reputation with the Cenarion Circle through these quests. It will be useful in Phase 5 for the Ahn’Qiraj War Effort and unlocking the AQ raids.
Also, watch out for the summonable mini-bosses at the Twilight’s Hammer camps. If you collect the right items (Twilight Cultist armor sets and Twilight texts), you can summon elemental dukes for extra loot and rep.
WoW Classic Fresh Phase 4 PvP
WoW Classic Anniversary PvP enthusiasts, rest easy — there are no major PvP updates in Phase 4. After the big PvP changes in Phase 3 (which introduced the Arathi Basin battleground and removed the rank 11 cap), Phase 4 does not add any new battlegrounds or alter the Honor System.
This means you can continue your ranking grind or enjoy Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin, and Alterac Valley as usual. Battleground Holidays (bonus honor weekends) are still ongoing each week to help with your Honor gains. Should you need any assistance with PvP, we’re ready to help. Our pro players can take advantage of calm Phase 4 and reach any desired PvP Rank for you.
All in all, if you haven’t reached the higher PvP ranks yet, Phase 4 is actually a great time to catch up. The competition is slightly more manageable for ranks, as some players shift focus to Zul’Gurub and the world bosses.
All in all, our WoW Classic Fresh Phase 4 Overview provided all the information about new content for everyone. Now you’re prepared for raiding Zul’Gurub for that Tiger mount, starting the Dungeon Set 2 questline, or hunting Nightmare Dragons. Or just can just enjoy a Sunday fishing trip. Phase 4 has something exciting to offer!
