4.9Argent Dawn Quartermasters Location
The Argent Dawn Organization in Season of Discovery is not Horde nor Alliance but a neutral organization for defending Azeroth and fighting any and all scourge powers that seek destruction and dealing with the undead enemies in general.
In the Plaguelands you can find 3 outposts of the Argent Dawn faction:
- Light’s Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands: Faction headquarters for both;
- The Chillwind Camp in Western Plaguelands: For Alliance;
- The Bulwark in Tirisfal Glades: For Horde.
They serve as quest, vendor, and reputation-related activity locations. You will have to visit these locations quite often to gain all the rewards and progress through many related quests, If you want to avoid this grind and reach any level of the Argent Dawn Reputation, just reach out to our team.
Both Alliance and Horde can visit Light’s Hope Chapel to find a neutral Quartermaster Miranda Breechlock. She’s at /way 81.6 58.8.
The Alliance players can find Argent Quartermaster Lightspark and complete repeatable quests at Chillwind Camp. You can find the Quartermaster at /way 42.6 85.6.
The Horde players can head to Argent Quartermaster Hasana and complete repeatable quests at The Bulwark. The Quartermaster is at /way 83.5 69.9.
How to Gain Reputation in SoD Phase 7
A high level of the Argent Dawn reputation is critical for those venturing out into the Plaguelands and further in WoW Classic Season of Discovery. There are several reliable options for earning Argent Dawn rep, including questing and grinding mobs, War Effort turns in, and farm Scourgestone turns in, completing repeatable Cauldron quests in Western Plaguelands.
Following these methods, you can reach Exalted efficiently and with no key information overlooked in between. However, if you have BiS Gear, you can progress even faster and much easier. If you need your character dressed up, ask our professional players to assist you.
War Effort in Season of Discovery
In the Season of Discovery, the Ahn’Qiraj War Effort is a server-wide event leading to the opening of Ruins of Ahn’Qiraj and Ahn’Qiraj. Though these events were relevant for Phase 6, we still can benefit from it.
Supplying the War Effort with Ahn’Qiraj War Effort Supplies allows you to receive Argent Dawn commendations as your reward. Handing them in will also reward you with a nice one-time reputation bonus.
Mob Grinding
Do not hesitate to take down mobs while traveling across the Plaguelands. Mobs do not provide tons of reputation. but it’s actually a head start on your way to reputation growth. When common mobs stop granting you reputation, you can still aim to kill mobs and bosses in dungeons.
✏️ Tip: Always have Argent Dawn Commission to get extra Scourgestones for another method of reputation gaining.
How much reputation you can get from mobs:
- While in Western and Eastern Plaguelands, you can get 3000/6000 in Friendly from Normal undead mobs;
- Elite mobs in Plaguelands and regular mobs in Scholomance/Stratholme give rep to 11999/12000 in Honored;
- Bosses in Scholomance/Stratholme will give you rep through to Exalted reputation level.
Scourgestones
One of the most consistent ways of gaining Argent Dawn reputation in WoW Classic Season of Discovery is by Scourgestones. The moment your character hits Level 50, visit any of the Argent Dawn bases — The Bulwark in Tirisfal Glades, Chillwind Camp in Western Plaguelands, or Light’s Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. There, you’ll be given a short quest to obtain an Argent Dawn Commission, which you’ll need to use to harvest Scourgestones.
The Argent Dawn Commission is a trinket that you will have to wear while you are fighting undead mobs in the Plaguelands. Having it on will gain you Scourgestones for killing undead mobs. You can trade these Scourgestones in for reputation at any Argent Dawn camp. Each trade gives:
- 25 reputation with Argent Dawn;
- An Argent Dawn Valor Token, which also grants an additional 25 reputation when activated.
You can also collect and turn in the following types of Scourgestones:
- Minion’s Scourgestone — Dropped from undead mobs at level 50 and higher.
20 Minion’s Scourgestones are required for each turn-in; - Invader’s Scourgestone — Dropped from undead mobs at level 53 and higher.
10 Invader’s Scourgestone are required per turn-in; - Corruptor’s Scourgestone — Dropped from elite undead mobs and bosses.
1 Corruptor’s Scourgestone is required per turn-in. Typically dropped by bosses in Living Stratholme, Undead Stratholme, and Scholomance.
Scourgestones can gain you a reputation up to Exalted status, so they’re extremely useful for endgame progression. For that, it’s generally best to hold on to them until you’re Revered, where reputation gains are slowest.

Upgrading the Argent Dawn Commission
Once you have finished the quest The Active Agent in Stratholme, you can have your trinket upgraded to Seal of the Dawn or Rune of the Dawn. Not only do both of these higher-level trinkets provide nice bonuses to undead targets, but they also still permit the collection of Scourgestones. Having one of these trinkets equipped makes the reputation grind much easier as you make your way through the highest-level undead content in the Plaguelands.

Argent Dawn Reputation Rewards
In WoW Classic SoD you can improve your relationship with Argent Dawn and gain a level of reputation. Each reputation level grants you access to new exclusive rewards.
