Phase 6 of WoW Classic Anniversary launches on October 2, 2025. The phase begins with the Scourge Invasion event and will run until October 30, 2025, followed by the opening of the Naxxramas raid.
WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 6 Scourge Invasion
The Scourge Invasion begins with the release of WoW Classic Fresh Phase 6 on October 2, 2025, and runs until October 30, 2025. Necropolises appear over six zones: Eastern Plaguelands, Burning Steppes, Blasted Lands, Tanaris, Winterspring, and Azshara. These zones will have summoning circles of undead appear.
Defeating waves of Scourge weakens the crystal at each site, and killing the summoned Shadows of Doom yields Necrotic Runes, Scourgestones, and rare loot. Clearing a site also grants the Soul Revival buff, increasing damage by 10%.
The most important rewards from this event are Necrotic Runes. These runes can be exchanged with Argent Dawn Quartermasters for consumables and gear such as Blessed Wizard Oil, Consecrated Sharpening Stone, and the Tabard of the Argent Dawn. Players can also collect pieces of the four Undead Slaying armor sets, which provide bonus damage against undead and are highly useful in Naxxramas. Rare spawns during invasions and special dungeon bosses like Balzaphon in Stratholme or Lord Blackwood in Scholomance drop additional gear.

WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 6 Raid
Naxxramas is the final raid of WoW Classic Anniversary and is designed for 40 players. The raid is divided into four wings, each with its own theme and bosses, and concludes with a final battle against Kel’Thuzad.
Inside Naxxramas, you will find some of the most important loot in Classic Anniversary, including Tier 3 sets and powerful weapons. In addition to loot, Kel’Thuzad drops a special quest item: The Phylactery of Kel’Thuzad. Returning this item starts a quest that rewards one of two unique trinkets, both designed for fighting undead and demons:
- Mark of the Champion (Melee) – +150 Attack Power against Undead and Demons.
- Mark of the Champion (Caster) – +85 spell damage against Undead and Demons.
📌 Both versions also allow the acquisition of Scourgestones for Argent Dawn reputation. These trinkets are considered mandatory items for many raid groups when progressing through Naxxramas.
Naxxramas requires raid attunement by raising your reputation with the Argent Dawn, at least at Honored reputation. Players also earn Argent Dawn reputation while clearing the raid. This can take a long time, but you can skip the attunement with the help of our services.
WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 6 Argent Dawn Reputation
The Argent Dawn faction remains an important part of Phase 6. Reputation with them grants access to consumables, resistance gear, and crafting materials needed for Naxxramas. Many players will need to farm this reputation to be fully prepared for the raid.
Argent Dawn Reputation rewards include:
- Shoulder enchants for raid preparation;
- Crafting patterns for resistance gear;
- Consumables for encounters inside Naxxramas.

WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 6 Legendary Staff
Atiesh is the legendary weapon available in WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 6. It is designed for certain caster and healer classes and requires a long questline tied to Naxxramas. Players must collect 40 Atiesh Splinters from raid bosses to begin the process.
Completing the questline rewards one of four versions of Atiesh, each tailored to a specific class:
- Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian (Mage)
- Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian (Warlock)
- Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian (Priest)
- Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian (Druid)
The staff is notable not only for its stats but also for its utility. It grants a group aura bonus depending on the class and includes a teleport to Karazhan, foreshadowing content in The Burning Crusade.
WoW Classic Anniversary Phase 6 PvP
The final Classic Anniversary PvP season begins with this phase. Players can continue progressing through the Honor system and climb the ranking ladder to earn exclusive rewards. PvP gear remains competitive, with some items matching raid drops in power.
