When you start playing, it’s hard to decide which reputation to prioritize for each specialization in Mists of Pandaria Classic. The majority of players are looking for the best reputation gear. Therefore, it would be wise to start by choosing the most profitable Pandaria faction for you.
The best factions to focus on for Epic gear rewards in Mists of Pandaria Classic are Golden Lotus, the Klaxxi, August Celestials, and Shado-Pan. You will need to reach Honored, Revered, or Exalted with factions to be able to get Mists of Pandaria Classic reputation rewards by class.
Exalted:
- Golden Lotus: High-level necklaces for DPS, healer, and tank roles (no Valor Points required);
- The Klaxxi: High-level rings for DPS and tank roles (no Valor Points required).
Revered:
Each main PvE faction offers one Valor item (Head, Chest, Legs, or Boots) depending on your armor type and role:
- Shado-Pan: Helmets for all armor types and roles (DPS, Tank, Healer);

The August Celestial faction in MoP Classic has quite a limited range of rewards. Among them, there’s a truly outstanding thing: Celestial Offering. To get this item, you need to reach Honored and pay a fair price of 100 Gold.
While it’s not really obvious what the purpose of this item is, Celestial Offering is a very useful reward. Using the item allows you to get a buff based on the nearby Temple:
- Blessing of the Jade Serpent: use near Temple of the Jade Serpent in The Jade Forest (Increases Intellect by 10%);
- Blessing of the Red Crane: use near Temple of the Red Crane in Krasarang Wilds (Causes you to regenerate 1000HP per second);
- Blessing of the Black Ox: use near Niuzao Temple in Townlong Steppes (Increases Stamina by 10%);
- Blessing of the White Tiger: use near Temple of the White Tiger in Kun-Lai Summit (Increases Strength and Agility by 10%).
MoP Classic Quality of Life Reputation Rewards
Some rewards do not belong to the category of consumables, buffs, blessings, etc. However, they are simply useful in specific situations or just add something interesting to the gameplay.
For instance, Mourning Glory is not a buff, nor is it a consumable, which becomes available as soon as you become Exalted with The Tillers. If you carry it with you, a tiny flower will grow on your grave when you die.
Bipsi’s Bobbing Berg acts like a buff somehow. It’s a usable item that allows you to raft across water. Also, it slightly increases your movespeed: 100% → ≈144%. You need to reach Revered with The Anglers to get this item (costs 1,000 Gold).
Mantid Artifact Sonic Locator is not only an interesting item, but also a powerful relic. While you carry it, any new digsites you discover in Pandaria become of Mantid origin. The item is available for those who reached Exalted with The Lorewalkers.
Mists of Pandaria Classic Reputation Consumables
Lorewalker’s Lodestone and Lorewalker’s Map are consumables that you can get for being Exalted with The Lorewalker (each costs 1 Restored Artifact). While the first one teleports you to a random active digsite in Pandaria, the second randomizes your Archaeology digsites in Pandaria. Both are useful for MoP Classic Archaeology, which you can level up really fast with our pro team.
Upon reaching Honored with The Klaxxi faction in MoP Classic, you gain access to Restorative Amber — a humble consumable for only 8 Gold. What’s so special about it? In 10 seconds, it restores almost all your HP and mana. Additionally, it can be used while falling and can soften your fall.

Also, reaching Honored with Shado-Pan, you can get a Stack of Wooden Boards (10 Gold), (25 Gold), or (50 Gold). Some players report that “if provoked, they will attack enemies.” They even begin to slowly follow the attacker, so it can be fun to watch this.
Finally, for those who like racing, Order of the Cloud Serpent offers Racing Flag, Floating Finish Line, Floating Racing Flag, Finish Line, each costs 20 Gold. You need to be Exalted to get these items.
