If you manage to clear all three dungeons in a row, the challenge culminates in a boss fight at the end of the third dungeon. The reward for this gauntlet is increased loot efficiency. Essentially, you’re doing three dungeons in one go, with stacking bonuses, so it’s great for farming if you can handle it.
