This is our up-to-date Destiny Rising PvP tier list, ranking heroes from tier S to C:

In Destiny Rising, PvP means player-versus-player battles where reaction time, mobility, and map control are everything. Heroes need to deal damage fast, use abilities for defense or crowd control, and adapt to the current meta.
PvP in Destiny Rising includes 6v6 brawls, where you need to act as a team, but be prepared to protect yourself in 1v1 situations. Therefore, the best characters would be those who utilize self-sustain and crowd control, or can withstand a duel. Supports, however, are also welcome.
Thanks to the Team Level feature in Destiny Rising, you don’t have to level up each character individually. S Tier
Destiny Rising characters in the S-tier dominate PvP with burst damage, high mobility, and strong self-defense. They can swing a duel with a single ability or a quick combo.
Gwynn
Gwynn plays around her Soul Assault teleport and the heavy strike from Void Dance, combining them with a shotgun or sidearm. She’s strong thanks to aggressive dives and the ability to heal right in the middle of combat. But if she misses her timing, her burst burns out fast, and she’s left without defenses.
Jolder
Jolder relies on her barrier and the Rage passive, fighting with an SMG and sword. Her strength is almost unbreakable survivability and the ability to hold points for her team. The weakness is that without support, she can’t always push enemies and often loses initiative.
Tan-2
Tan-2 builds his playstyle around a sniper rifle and scout rifle, while throwing debuffs at enemies. In PvP he’s valuable as a support who boosts ally damage. The main issue is that if he misses shots or gets pressured in close range, he dies very quickly.
Ning Fei
Ning Fei relies on his Submachine Gun and clone decoys that throw off enemy aim. His strengths are high speed and constant pressure, especially in 1v1 duels. But he lacks AoE damage, and in team fights, he quickly loses value.
A Tier
A-tier heroes bring steady damage and strong utility to Destiny Rising matches. They perform well in team fights but fall short of the top tier in 1v1 versatility.
Attal
Attal fights with a hand cannon and linear fusion rifle, while her abilities provide healing and enemy blinding. She’s useful in longer skirmishes where steady support matters. But her damage is low, and she can’t carry a duel on her own.
Wolf
Wolf uses an auto rifle and grenade launcher, with abilities that give dashes and buffs to allies (e.g., Wolf’s Butchery). His strength is mobility and forcing fights on his own terms. The downside is his reliance on positioning: if caught in the open, he drops fast.
B Tier
B-tier heroes usually shine in specific situations, often relying on melee or niche crowd control. Their tiniest weaknesses can become critical against skilled opponents who can keep them at range.
Finnala
Finnala plays with a sword and a rapid-fire rifle that drags enemies into melee range. She’s good at creating chaos and drawing attention. Against experienced players, though, she’s almost always shot down before she can close in.
Xuan Wei
Xuan Wei relies on a shotgun and fusion rifle, plus the ability to pull enemies in with a whip. In PvP, he’s dangerous up close and can wipe out a whole group. The problem is that if he can’t reach you, he’s basically useless.
C Tier
C-tier heroes don’t fit the current PvP meta in Destiny Rising. They can surprise with a burst or a situational shield, but overall lack the damage and survivability to compete.
Kabr
Kabr plays with a pulse rifle and a shield that boosts ally shots. In PvP, his strength is team support and blinding enemies. But compared to other tanks, his survivability is much weaker, and he dies fast.
Ikora
Ikora focuses on a grenade launcher and a rocket launcher, landing massive burst damage. She can delete an enemy with a single shot and swing a duel instantly. Her weakness comes in longer fights: after the burst, she has few tools left to keep pressure.

Destiny Rising PvE is the primary mode with missions and raids against mobs and bosses, where steady DPS and reliable skills decide the outcome. Characters in PvE are valued for strong AoE, powerful single-target damage, and reliable team support.
When we speak about the best PvE characters in Destiny Rising, we mean those heroes who can work well in Raids and Strikes. Therefore, characters from our tier list are the best for such activities as Gauntlet Onslaught, where you become a part of a six-player team. But don’t worry if you are not familiar with characters yet, as our team can complete the raid for you fast and easily.
S Tier
The best PvE characters in Destiny Rising combine high DPS with team buffs. They’re valuable in both mob clearing and raid boss encounters.
Wolf
Wolf relies on his auto rifle for steady damage and a grenade launcher to clear groups. His biggest strength is versatility: he performs well against both mobs and bosses. The weakness is survivability — without support, he can go down quickly at higher difficulty.
Tan-2
Tan-2 plays with a sniper rifle and scout rifle, while his abilities apply damage buffs to enemies. In raids and boss fights, he’s essential for high single-target damage. But he lacks AoE for mob clearing, which makes him less universal.
Jolder
Jolder uses an SMG and sword along with her barrier and the Rage mechanic. She’s excellent at holding aggro and shielding the team in tough battles. Her downside is average damage, and without strong DPS allies nearby, she’s less effective.
A Tier
A-tier heroes excel in defined roles in Destiny Rising: off-tanks, AoE dealers, or self-sustaining fighters. Reliable and consistent, though not as universal as S-tier picks.
Gwynn
Gwynn fights through her teleport and Void Dance strike, often pairing them with a shotgun for close range. Her upside is self-sustain, healing as she wipes out packs of enemies. The downside is low team utility and a risky playstyle.
Xuan Wei
Xuan Wei focuses on a shotgun and electric AoE abilities that damage multiple targets at once. He’s strong at clearing mobs and fits well in fast missions. Against bosses, though, he quickly loses value without backup.
Finnala
Finnala wields a sword and spins into a fiery vortex using Reaper’s Descent ability, and her enemies get Scorched. She works well as an off-tank, distracting mobs and healing allies with fire orbs. Her weakness is low DPS compared to pure damage dealers.
B Tier
B-tier heroes contribute to the team but suffer from low damage or narrow specialization. Fine for regular missions, but they fall behind in endgame content. If you like B-tier heroes, but you are not sure you can deal with Strikes while playing these heroes, ask our team to do it for you and get all the rewards.
Ning Fei
Ning Fei fights with an SMG and auto-crossbow, while summoning decoy clones to distract enemies. His strengths are mobility and consistent DPS. But without strong AoE he clears slower than other heroes.
Attal
Attal relies on a hand cannon and linear fusion rifle, with abilities that heal allies with Mint Mend and weaken enemies with Arc Missile. She’s valuable in long PvE runs where survival matters. The weakness is that her raw damage is almost nonexistent.
C Tier
Heroes in the C-tier struggle in PvE. Their abilities are too limited, and their damage or support isn’t strong enough to hold up in high-level content.
Ikora
Ikora uses a grenade launcher and rocket launcher, leaning on burst damage from Void abilities. She can wipe a pack or deal heavy hits to a boss. After that, though, her output drops sharply, making her weaker in extended fights.
Kabr
Kabr plays with a pulse rifle and a shield that boosts ally shots. In PvE, he offers basic support and can block some damage. The problem is that his abilities are too short-lived, and his survivability is poor.
