Delta Force Prison Overview

Delta Force Prison Guide

Tide Prison is the newest map added in Delta Force Season 5: Break, and it’s quite possibly one of the hardest levels in all of Operations Mode. This Haavk-controlled offshore complex throws you directly into the fray, but not in the manner you’re used to. Instead of inserting with a gear, you start trapped in a prison cell.

In contrast to other, more aged maps, Delta Force Tide Prison takes planning and quick reflexes. If you’re not prepared or your team isn’t organized, you’ll be shut down before you even reach your equipment. But for players who like high-risk, high-reward play, this map offers some of the best loot and most intense fights in the game.

Tide Prison is one of the toughest Operations missions in Delta Force, with punishing entry rules, deadly enemies, and complex escape mechanics. Save your time and nerves, let our Pro Players Guide You through every step and help you complete the run cleanly and stress-free.

Delta Force Prison Requirements

Delta Force Prison Guide

Tide Prison in Delta Force isn’t open to just anyone. It’s a high-stakes mission with strict conditions. Before you can even think about stepping inside, you’ll need to meet a few Prison map requirements:

  • Power Level: For Hard Mode, your character needs at least 780,000 Power. Anything less, and you’ll get steamrolled before you reach your gear.
  • Entry Fee: It costs 80,000 credits to get in. Not a cheap ticket, so make your run count.
  • Player Level: Access usually unlocks once you hit around level 10, but it depends on your overall progress.
  • Mode Access: Make sure Operations Mode is unlocked — Prison won’t even appear if it’s not.
  • Map Rotation: The map isn’t always available. It rotates, so check the daily schedule before launching your squad.

Delta Force Prison Boss — Raven

Delta Force Prison Guide

Raven is the deadliest threat you’ll face in Delta Force Tide Prison. This miniboss controls the Main Office and likes to patrol the normal extraction lever. He’s not a bullet sponge tank. He’s fast, unpredictable, and extremely lethal up close.

Raven’s unique execution ability adds to his ruthless personality. When Raven is in close range, he releases a cloud of yellow gas that blinds, followed by a quick kill sequence. There is no chance of revival or flight. It leads to instant death once he has set his sights on someone. Further, Raven does not move randomly. He usually stays within the Office boundaries, forcing teams to fight him if they want the quickest exit.

Expect each fight with him to be tense. Regardless of whether you are well prepared, Raven is designed to capitalize on hesitation and tight quarters. If your party is going to survive the prison, this fight will determine the outcome for all.

Struggling to handle Raven? Bring in a Pro Player who knows how to bait his moves, counter his execution, and secure the win while you focus on surviving.

Delta Force Prison Key Cards

Looting in Delta Force Tide Prison works differently than on other Delta Force maps. Here, access cards aren’t just optional, they’re the backbone of your entire run. Almost every good loot room is locked, and to get inside, you’ll need one of three Tide Prison Key Cards. Each card comes with a set amount of durability, and every door you open drains it. The higher the card’s tier, the better the rooms it unlocks and the bigger the payoff inside. Here’s how the system works:

Card TypeDurabilityOpens
Level 1 Access Card100 pointsBasic storage rooms, early-game loot
Level 2 Access Card100 pointsMid-tier zones with stronger gear
Level 3 Access Card80 pointsHigh-value areas, red loot rooms, and safes

Delta Force Tide Prison Respawn Mechanic

Delta Force Prison Guide

Unlike most Delta Force maps, Tide Prison drops you squarely in the midst of it all with not so much as a weapon to your name. Rather than dropping in prepared for battle, your Operator is a prisoner. No equipment, no friendly forces in sight, just a cell and a difficult road forward.

Your initial task? Break out. That involves completing simple escape puzzles, avoiding security, and navigating to a locked equipment room where your loadout is hidden. This early-game section sets the pace for the entire run and challenges you to move while under pressure.

Having a Key Card on you prior to loading in can allow you to bypass some of the puzzles and get to your gear faster. That is a competitive advantage that could be the difference between a good start and being defenseless when a lockdown or PvP ambush happens.

Not sure how the respawn and escape mechanics work in Tide Prison? Our top-tier Delta Force Coaches will walk you through every step, from breaking out to reuniting with your gear and avoiding early-game mistakes.

Delta Force How to Extract from Tide Prison

Delta Force Prison Guide

In Delta Force Tide Prison, escaping is your main objective, and there’s more than one way out. Each method comes with its own risks, timing, and tactical value. Choosing the right extraction route can mean the difference between a clean getaway and a squad wipe.

Tide Prison isn’t the place to show up empty-handed. Come prepared with your Safe Box unlocked, skip the entry grind, and focus on what matters: grabbing top-tier loot and making it out alive.

Standard Prison Extraction

This is the main extraction method, but it’s far from easy. The route is randomly selected from three possible locations each match, and you’ll need to activate multiple terminals before you can escape. Steps to escape from Delta Force Prison:

  • Head to the Medical Bay and hack the first terminal.
  • Go upstairs for a second hack using a fingerprint decryption system.
  • Proceed to the Main Office and pull the large lever to open the exit route.

Note: the boss Raven patrols the Office. Triggering the lever too early without clearing the area can result in an ambush and team wipe.

Fixed Extraction Point

This exit is always in the same place, but it’s the most dangerous option. Located in the open waters off the coast, the area has zero cover and is often in sight of both East and West watchtowers. If your team chooses this route:

  • Scout ahead before committing.
  • Assign a Recon like Luna to clear towers and mark enemies before extraction.
  • Consider using smoke grenades or diving to reach the evac zone unseen.

Abandon Backpack Extraction

This is your emergency exit, a stealthy backup plan if things go south. You’ll lose all collected loot (your backpack), but you keep your Operator and survive. How to extract:

  • Head to the Construction Zone in the top-right section of the map.
  • Drop into the lower floor and dive underwater.
  • Swim down to a glowing marker, drop your backpack, and complete the escape.

This route is ideal when:

  • You’re out of meds or ammo.
  • The map is overrun by AI or PvP squads.
  • You’ve secured little to no high-value loot and want to cut your losses.
