• Sin and Punishment — Restores dispel protection to Vampiric Touch and allows Mind Flay crits to reduce the cooldown of Shadowfiend.

As we have already outlined, there are no drastic changes in WoW Classic Cataclysm Shadow Priest talents build, and our talent choices are considered fairly limited at this point.

In our Shadow tree we are spending 31/41 points, which means that we need to choose almost every talent from each branch up to Dispersion, skipping PvP talents.
