Firelands Raid Changes

- The 25% health reduction on most Normal Mode enemies has been reverted.
- The 15% health reduction on most Heroic Mode enemies has been reverted.
- Blazing Talon Initiates’ health reduction by 50% in Normal Mode has been reverted.
- Voracious Hatchlings’ 30% health reduction in Normal Mode has been reverted.
Firelands Difficulty Modifier Buff
Many of Firelands original mechanics remain in place in Cataclysm Classic. The Heroic difficulty does bring more advanced mechanics, like new skills for bosses but also higher health and damage across the board, so these fights will be particularly difficult. It’s said that the difficulty of the Raid in general will be close to its original state, so good luck to all the brave players, who will relive this challenge once again, or to those, who have only yet to see the upcoming fights!

How to Find Firelands
In WoW Cataclysm Classic Firelands area is located within the Sulfuron Spire zone of Mount Hyjal. To get to the Raid, you will travel through a landscape of molten rock, entering just south of the Hyjal Summit, at /way 47.5 79.6.
Firelands Palace Entrance
The Raid Firelands is divided into two distinctly different sections: Firelands and Sulfuron Keep. First, there is Firelands itself, where open, volcanic environments greet the player in combat through fields of fiery enemies onto the initial bosses. Further in, it leads to Sulfuron Keep, really the heart and center of the raid, where the final encounters take place, one of which includes the fight against Ragnaros himself.
Firelands Loot Item Level
Loot in Firelands ranges from Normal to Heroic difficulty, with half of its items scaling to an item level between 378 and 391. Expect the core of any gear that will take you through the latter parts of Cataclysm Classic: powerful Tier 12 Sets, Weapons, and Trinkets.
