Blacksmithing is a craft that focuses on the production of powerful plate armor and weapons. However, be warned: Cata Blacksmithing leveling can be a long and costly process. To help with this, it is recommended to have a gathering profession to provide your materials for you.
Primary Perks:
This mastery enables you to add two additional sockets for gems to your bracers and gloves. In the early levels of Cata Classic, this is equivalent to a stat increase of about +80, which can be obtained through gems such as Delicate Inferno Ruby. In the later expansions, with the help of such gems as Delicate Queen’s Garnet, the bonus can go as high as +100, which makes it one of the strongest profession bonuses out there.
Blacksmithing Specializations in Cataclysm Classic
WoW Cataclysm Classic Blacksmithing removed the specializations that were present in previous expansions of World of Warcraft. It is important to note that there are no distinct choices for Weaponsmithing and Armorsmithing as before.
