How to Get Xeric’s Talisman in OSRS
Xeric’s Talisman drops from Lizardmen in Molch, the Lizardman Settlement, and the Lizardman Canyon — all in the Kebos Lowlands region of Great Kourend. The drop rate is approximately 1/250 from regular Lizardmen and 1/125 from Lizardmen Brutes. On a Slayer task, these rates are halved further in your favour.
To farm for the talisman:
- Travel to the Kebos Lowlands — Fairy Ring CIR then run north, or Battlefront Teleport
- Kill Lizardmen at the Lizardman Settlement (requires 5% Shayzien favour) or Lizardman Canyon
- Lizardmen Brutes are larger variants found in the canyon — they have better drop rates and drop more fangs per kill
- Collect Lizardman Fangs alongside the drop — you’ll need them for charges

Charging Xeric’s Talisman
Lizardman Fangs are the currency for charging the talisman. Each charge costs 100 fangs and the talisman holds up to 1,000 charges (100,000 fangs total when fully charged). Fangs are dropped by all Lizardmen variants in significant quantities — the talisman effectively self-charges if you’re doing Lizardman Slayer tasks.
