To open a dispute, go to your order and click "Submit arbitrage ticket" button. Choose an appropriate category and fully describe you situation. It takes up to 24 hours review a dispute. In case of any problems contact our Customer Support.
If a customer and a seller can't settle the situation themselves, arbitration team rolls in and decides if the order should be refunded partially or fully.
