How to get the War Ottuk mounts?
Murik or Tatto in the Azure Span sells Yellow and Brown War Ottuks. You will need to reach Renown 30 with the Iskaara Tuskarr just to purchase the mounts. The actual sale requires 5 Mastodon Tusks, 5 Aquatic Maw, and 1000 Dragon Isles Supplies.
How to get the Scouting Ottuk mounts?
There are two Scouting Ottuk mounts: Brown Scouting Ottuk and Yellow Scouting Ottuk. Both of these mounts require you to be Renown rank 25 and can be purchased from the Iskaara Tuskarr village located on the western coast of the Azure Span. Before you can actually purchase the mount, however, you'll need to collect the following materials:
