How do you get Reins of the Azure Drake?

Azure Drake has an extremely low 1-2% chance to appear in Alexstrasza's Gift after defeating Malygos in Eye of Eternity raid. Neither the difficulty nor the raid size affects the chances of getting the mount. The raid is fairly old and short, consisting of just a single boss and a couple mobs appearing during the boss fight itself, so most veteran players should be able to clear it fairly quickly.

Still, you have only one attempt a week on a single character to get the mount. With how little the drop chance is, get ready to run the raid several dozen or even hundreds times.

What is the drop rate of the Azure Drake?

The estimated drop chance of the Azure Drake mount from the Eye of Eternity raid is but a 1-2%. The mount drops in both 10 and 25-person versions of the raid and there doesn’t seem any significant difference in drop chance between them. It’s generally advised to run the 10-person version, since it’s faster to complete and because Blue Drake drops on it. If you’re particularly lucky, you might even get both drake mounts from the same run!
