Who is Kollontay in Tarkov?

Kollontay is a new boss who was added to Streets of Tarkov. He's a former officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) and during his service, he gained a reputation as a corrupt officer, feared by his colleagues due to his misconduct. He often resorted to using his favorite method of interrogation with a rubber baton, along with other unauthorized methods of pressuring those he disliked. After the scandal involving TerraGroup, he formed a gang and turned to banditry.

Where to find Kollontay in Tarkov?

You can find Kollontay in the area of Klimov's Trading House and the MVD Tarkov Academy in the Streets of Tarkov raid. Kollontay has a few guards, prefers holding 1 position, and occasionally patrols his territory. If he feels he has the upper hand, he may resort to using his baton to finish off opponents.
